Great experience from the starting line through the tape! Like a lot of folks we had so many realtors in our circle to choose from and man did we make the right decision. Chris did an amazing job with helping us find the perfect starter townhome! I was under the impression from my lender that the home I had my heart set on wouldn’t qualify for FHA, but after consulting with Chris he discovered that in fact it did qualify and I was able to get it pre-approved in underwriting! He saved the deal and helped us navigate the first time home buying process with no complications! After closing he also was kind enough to leave us a personalized note with a gift card to help us complete a mini deck repair we had talked about while doing our initial walkthrough. 5 stars truly isn’t enough to commend the job that he did for us and we will definitely be recommending him to our friends & colleagues!

My wife and I highly recommend Chris Fahy and Berkshire Hathaway Realty. When Chris came to our home to perform his initial presentation we found him very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable of our area. That presentation did not prepare us for the experience we had with him as our agent. My wife and I have bought and sold several homes together and nothing has come close in comparison to our experience with Chris. He kept us informed every step of the way and when he gave us a timeline of events they occurred when he said they would. The listing for our home went "live" and the sign went up on a Wednesday morning and we had an offer within five hours for a significant amount over the asking price. I believe this was due to Chris networking with other agents and getting the word out about our house. Chris personally managed the process from the offer through to the closing. I cannot promise that Chris can sell your home as quickly as he did ours, but I can say you will not find a better agent, nor have a better real estate experience than with Chris Fahy. First Time Home buying, and he made the process smooth as possible. There are no words to describe Mr. Fahy Customer Service. He went above and beyond our expectations. If we wanted to view a home after regular business hrs. He was THERE! THIS MAN PULLED IN PARKING LOTS TO WRITE UP OFFER LETTERS. Yes he did that!!!! He works very calm under any pressure. He INSISTS ON HIGH STANDARDS. Due to the market it was a little rough. But Chris pushed through the pandemic and got us a HOME!!! A HOME WE DIDN'T EXPECT TO GET. So remember when I said he pulled in the parking lot to write up the offer letters that's exactly what he did, and BOOM 💥 our offer was accepted. We had 2 hours left to put in the offer. Berkshire Is Top Notch if you are looking for Quality, and someone who will listen to you ,AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. what I can say to you as a buyer be open, and honest about your expectations, and just throughout the whole process. Best realtor out there. Chris was referred to us from a friend who also had a great experience using Chris as their realtor. My wife and I moved from out of state, so we were dependent on a realtor who could dedicate full weekends to home searching while we were in town. Chris checked all the boxes of a great realtor: available, responsive, proactive, organized, personable, great relationships with other realtors/builders, etc. In addition to everything else, what really made Chris stand out in our mind was his construction knowledge from a previous career (knowing what to look for and watch out for, what was acceptable with a new build, where the builder skimped our or did a good job, where we would have additional expenses down the road, etc.) and also his negotiation/no-nonsense with the seller/builder - if something was priced wrong, he would just call it out and demand better pricing; if something was built wrong, he would call it out and demand it be changed or price come down. We felt confident he wouldn’t let us overpay or buy something we’d regret in the future. The end result was finding the perfect home at the right price in a neighborhood we love. Even after we signed on a new build, he continued to check the progress of the construction for us while we were still out of state and stayed in contact with us. Incredible realtor and just a great person. Highly recommend.
