Chris is absolutely one of the best realtors ever! I am a home inspector and have seen first hand how he works with his clients. Chris REALLY watches out for his clients best interest, not his paycheck. He knows all of the ins and outs of real estate, and additionally, how to use that information to protect his clients. I’ve also not seen a Realtor know so much about construction, so he’s a very handy realtor to have on your side. For any buyers or sellers, I am absolutely certain he will do a great job for you and go well above and beyond! That is not a given in this industry, and I typically do not review Realtors, but People need to hear how good he is. Cheers!

Chris Fahy was an excellent realtor. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. His expertise in home construction helped me spot potential defects and make an informed decision. He was especially valuable when navigating new construction, which led to my purchase. Even after closing, he went the extra mile by forwarding important documents and various reminders. I would highly recommend Chris!
